01 General Terms & Conditions

Dgb99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh and South Asia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between dgb99 and all of its users.

02 Account Registration and Verification

To register on dgb99, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Accounts created with false information will be immediately closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or residential address. Multiple accounts linked to the same device, IP address, or payment method will be flagged as duplicates.

• Keep your password confidential and do not allow anyone else to access your account.
• KYC verification using a national ID card or passport is mandatory before any withdrawal.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.

Dgb99 may request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe will result in temporary account suspension.

03 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on dgb99 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the maximum is BDT 200,000 per day.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. However, KYC verification is mandatory for first-time withdrawals and may take up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500; the maximum is BDT 50,000 per day.
• If you have a pending bonus, wagering must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• If deposited funds are withdrawn directly without being used for betting, a 5% processing fee may be deducted.
• Dgb99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals on any suspicious transaction until verification is complete.

04 Bonus & Promotional Offers

Dgb99 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and validity period, which are clearly stated at the time of the offer.

Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to 150% on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of BDT 500 is required, and the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

• The welcome bonus is applicable once per account only.
• Winnings derived from a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of the validity period.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Dgb99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

05 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on dgb99, make sure you fully understand the rules of the relevant sport or event. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except under certain special circumstances.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, dgb99 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• The risk of delayed data in in-play betting is borne solely by the user.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum single bet limits vary by event; the specific limit for each event is shown on the betting page.
• Placing bets on the same event across multiple accounts or engaging in arbitrage betting is strictly prohibited.

If dgb99 detects unusual betting patterns, the relevant bets will be reviewed and investigated as necessary. Withdrawals may be suspended during the investigation period.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dgb99. Violations will result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and may also lead to legal action.

• Any form of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Conducting transactions involving money laundering or funds of illegal origin.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Attempting to hack another user's account or steal their personal information.
• Exploiting any bug or system error on the platform for personal gain.

07 Responsible Betting

Responsible betting is always the top priority at dgb99. We want every user to enjoy betting as a form of entertainment, not as an addiction.

• Self-Exclusion: You can lock your own account for a set period of time.

10 Legal Provisions and Dispute Resolution

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Any delay by dgb99 in enforcing a term shall not be construed as a waiver of that term.
